Terms of use

Last updated: 3 November 2026

1. The service

Party Goblins is a free, unofficial, fan-made community site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. It is provided "as is", without warranties, and may change or stop at any time.

2. Your account

Keep your password and recovery codes safe. We cannot recover an account without a recovery code because we do not store your email. You are responsible for what is posted from your account.

3. Your content

You keep the rights to what you post. You give us a non-exclusive, free licence to show it on the site for as long as it is online. You must follow the community rules. We may remove any content or account that breaks them.

4. User-submitted information

Events, guild listings and LFG posts come from users. We do not verify them and are not responsible for them, for what happens at events, or for contact with other players. Contact the organiser directly before joining.

5. Donations

Donations are voluntary, non-refundable and give no in-game benefit, perks or priority on the site.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
